Propdev Oy, founded in 2014, is a privately held stock corporation. owned by the Rheintalhaus (Switzerland) GmbH. The primary goal of Propdev Oy is the development of land and the expansion of the port of Mathildedal.

In 2014 the Propdev Oy acquired a piece of land of approximately 4.2 hectares in the village Mathildedal (25 km from the town of Salo) and the entire harbor area of Mathildedal of approximately 2. In different phases, the two properties above will be developed.

Our Activities in Mathildedal

• 2015
  Replacement and expansion of the existing port facility (coordinates 60.220150N, 22.899954E).
  Creating of approximately 300 modern moorings with different sizes.
  New construction of a sewage pump station.
• 2016
  New construction of a boat gas station.
  New construction of a restaurant building offering additionally saunas, guest rooms, small warehouse and others.
